Turmeric and Ginger, why, how?

Turmeric is super effective in helping with inflammation. It is also high in antioxidants. It supports the immune system in its ability to fight infection and it has pain relieving properties.


Mix the following ingredients in 3 cups purified water:

half an inch ginger piece, peeled and grated,

1 teaspoon turmeric powder,

1 twist of black pepper (this will enhance the turmeric properties),

1 chamomille tea bag or @ tsp dried chamomile flowers,

1 echinacea tea bag,

1 tsp honey,

Half freshly squeezed grapefruit.


Drink in the morning. You can do this cure for one week. Then whenever you feel like it when your body aches.
